Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development, solicitation, and maintenance of accounts in assigned market segments to meet or exceed budgeted goals. They will also manage all aspects of the Sales department in accordance with hotel standards.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. They will help ensure compliance with daily operational procedures, maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures, and determine additional business or market segments to pursue.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years progressive experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or business preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Familiarity with the local economy and market conditions
- Working knowledge of hotel operations
