Role Overview

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead a strong team, promote high-quality patient care, and build lasting partnerships with customers in the Great Lakes – Twin Cities, MN region. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service through management of administrative operations and supervising and coaching Technologists, Medical Imaging Assistants, and Drivers.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include collaborating on administrative operations of all assigned scanners with Regional VP, ROMs, and VP of Field Operations, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customer contacts, and delivering on region/company strategy, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

• Certified through the ARRT or NMTCB
• Active permit to practice where applicable
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Previous management experience preferred
