The role involves demand planning, inventory management, trade spend management, POS and trend analysis, and providing insight to business needs. Collaboration with internal cross-functional resources is key to ensuring timely and effective execution of forecasting initiatives.
Requirements
- Retail experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, project management, and interpersonal skills
