SharkNinja is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to focus on forecasting, revenue planning, and operational KPIs for the Shark business. This role will work with internal resources and contribute to the optimization of EBITDA initiatives. The Manager will be a central point of financial truth and the gatewaykeeper to all forecasting efforts. This is a position for data-loving and detail-oriented individuals.
Requirements
- Retail experience is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial role within the consumer products industry
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with creating and managing Joint Business Plans annual plans desired
