Agency Partner Manager

ShipperHQ is a market leader in e-commerce shipping technology seeking an Agency Partner Manager to scale and strengthen agency partnerships, drive revenue impact, and expand footprint within Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystems.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or account management
• Demonstrated record of strong performance in prior roles
• Experience in SaaS or the e-commerce ecosystem preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Revenue-oriented mindset with comfort working around performance metrics
• Highly organized, analytically sharp, and operationally disciplined
• AI-native; comfortable using modern AI and automation tools to increase leverage and productivity
• Comfortable operating in a lean, bootstrapped environment without heavy support layers
