Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data-driven mindset; able to analyze team performance and historical data for better resource management
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, Python, Zapier is a plus
- Hands-on, eager to learn, and solve problems with a high bias for action
- Independent and proactive; able to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and team-oriented; able to work with cross-functional teams (Business, Operations, Product)
