The role involves executing marketing campaigns, coordinating scheduling, managing assets, and troubleshooting issues within ShopBack’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a strong digital skillset, with exposure to Generative AI.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the e-commerce or fintech industry.
• Proficient in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Proactive and takes initiative in resolving issues.
• Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possesses a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Open to working on shift schedules.
• Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows.
