Marketing Operations is the foundation of our marketing strategy. The Marketing Operations Manager will drive initiatives, standardize processes and manage the marketing tech stack and systems required to generate engagement and quality pipeline. They will use and build HubSpot to its fullest potential, employing any and all features available to load the top of the funnel. They will be revenue-minded and directly contribute to the continued growth of Shopmonkey and the Revenue Operations organization, and will work in close collaboration with Marketing to ensure the Marketing Team’s alignment with business needs. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Revenue Orgs, acting as the single point of contact to consolidate and prioritize all requests originating from the Marketing department
  • Oversee the accurate capture and seamless flow of data within MarTech platforms, guaranteeing data integrity and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes
  • Own the execution of key cross functional funnel initiatives – design solutions, manage timelines, define strategy and partner on implementation and documentation
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to track and test the effectiveness of programs across various channels; inclusive of UTM creation, a/b testing, and campaign management
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders including Marketing, IT, Sales, as we evaluate new technologies and tools that could help scale and streamline the team’s efforts
  • Partner with internal teams to fulfill automation/list requests; ranging from single emails, multi-step nurture campaigns, webinars, pre/post event programs
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (website, social media, email marketing), print (brochures, flyers), and event platforms

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation and/or campaign management
  • 2+ years experience providing support for marketing tools: Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Cvent or similar tools
  • 3+ years of experience with ABM platforms, SFDC, HubSpot
  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS business
  • Experience with multi-channel attribution and ABM (Bizible and 6sense)
  • Experience working with demand generation, revenue attribution, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and technical website attributes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to learn: you’ll figure out what needs to be done and find ways to make it happen
  • Innovative and creative in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes.

In the United States the range is typically a salary of $120,000 to $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
