Sift’s People Operations team is looking for a People Operations Generalist and Business Partner to join their team. The role will be responsible for supporting employees, designing and driving initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and recognition, and building strong relationships with leaders and managers as a thought partner on people strategy, org design, and change management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience desired in HR/People Operations roles
- Prior experience at a technology company strongly preferred
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets is required
- Solid knowledge of HR Practices, Federal & State employment laws
- Strong project management skills, strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, and written/oral communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Self-driven, with a proven ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Unquestionable integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
- PHR/SPHR certification (or similar) a plus
