Sales Operations Specialist

Your responsibility:

• You will support the Southern Europe Sales Team on matters of order management and logistics management to meet customers delivery request.
• You will collect monthly rolling forecast from Southern Europe Sales Team and work with Planning and Logistic team in HQ to assure an appropriate stock level at warehouse in NL.
• You will collaborate with different departments to support on the achievement of monthly target revenue and timely escalate in case of risk.
• You will cooperates with IT, Finance, Logistics etc. and contribute to continuously improve the effectiveness of the internal Sales process and CRM System.
• You will report to Sales Management Team in HQ, collecting and maintaining different data for Sales KPI figures.
• You will support the Europe Sales team with the necessary requirements to assure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Above three years of working experience in position of Sales Operation & Support, International Logistics or relevant functions, PV field is preferred.
• Education Background in International Trade and Logistics, Business Administration is preferred.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, other EU local language is a plus.
• High degree of service orientation (customer oriented) and can work under pressure.
• Good ability on collaborating internal resources and good communication skills.
• High attention on details and able to manage changing priorities in fast developing company.
