Sigma is a business intelligence and data exploration platform changing the analytics landscape. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead a team of Commercial BDRs in our NYC office, drive performance, and develop partnerships with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of overall SDR leadership experience with a track record of excellence at a fast-growing high technology company
- Minimum of two-years tenure as an SDR Leader within one company
- Proven track record of creating content and messaging that generates pipeline for the business
- Deep sense of ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for work
- Strategic and tactical thinking, ability to build a team and execute on a day-to-day basis
- Collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven, highly analytical, lead through influence, and structured thinking
- Ability to think big, work towards predictable revenue models, and value selling practices
