Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or property management
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial control, and compliance
- Experience using CRM or real estate management software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
