Strategy Officer (Operations & Growth)

The Strategy Officer will drive operational efficiency, business optimization, and strategic execution across the organization’s real estate portfolio. The role combines hands-on operational management with strategic planning to ensure seamless property operations, cost efficiency, compliance, and scalable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or property management
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial control, and compliance
• Experience using CRM or real estate management software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
