As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a leading role in shaping and driving data-led insight across the organisation, independently analysing complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insights. You will own performance outcomes for assigned services or Enterprise customers and act as a trusted advisor guiding others through insight-led decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or a Business-related area.
- Experience in an Operations/BI analyst role (or similar) with focus on driving service performance.
- Creating data visualisations (reports, graphs, dashboards) in Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient technical background and highly skilled with Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables, Complex formulae, VLOOKUP).
