We’re scaling quickly and looking for an Account Executive who thrives on selling, works hard, and takes ownership of their deals. What you’ll do
Own the full GTM strategy and execution across the funnel:
- Develop and lead Signals’ end-to-end go-to-market plan, including positioning, pricing, packaging, ICP targeting, and channel strategy.
- Build and manage the revenue engine across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer expansion.
- Align marketing, sales, and customer success around one unified pipeline, forecast, and revenue plan.
- Architect scalable processes for pipeline development, conversion, onboarding, and expansion.
- Define and manage KPIs across the entire funnel: awareness → acquisition → conversion → retention → expansion.
- Partner closely with product to align roadmap with market needs, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Lead GTM experimentation campaigns, offers, channels, and verticals, and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
- Recruit, develop, and lead GTM talent as the team scales.
- Report directly to executive leadership and drive board-level visibility into growth and performance.
Who you are
- 7+ years in GTM, revenue leadership, sales leadership, or growth roles.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a revenue engine in a fast-growth environment.
- Comfortable owning big targets, big decisions, and big outcomes.
- Strategic thinker + tactical operator—able to design the plan AND run the plays.
- Data-driven, metrics-oriented, and fluent in forecasting and funnel analysis.
- Strong communicator who can influence cross-functionally and lead with clarity.
- Competitive, resilient, and energized by building systems that win.
- Passionate about AI, emerging technology, and category creation.
