Role Overview

Sika is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to serve as a technical expert and sales leader within the organization. The role will be responsible for reviewing project opportunities, interpreting drawings and specifications, and developing CFRP design recommendations.

What You Will Do

The Technical Sales Manager will review project bids, develop engineering-based CFRP design proposals, provide technical support to contractors and sales personnel, and collaborate with the sales team to grow market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering, construction materials, or related technical roles
  • Strong understanding of structural analysis principles, reinforcement design, and composite strengthening applications
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze structural drawings and project specifications
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
