Requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact between customers and the company
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of purchase orders and job orders
- Lead regular customer meetings to review account details
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Resolve issues promptly and accurately
- Gather and analyze customer-related data to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs
