Customer Operations Analyst handles all facets of assigned customer accounts, including order management, inquiries, and issue resolution. Builds and strengthens customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Serve as primary point of contact between customers and the company
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of purchase orders and job orders
  • Lead regular customer meetings to review account details
  • Maintain accurate customer account records
  • Resolve issues promptly and accurately
  • Gather and analyze customer-related data to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs
