The Medicare Sales Manager – Territory Lead will drive Medicare sales performance, lead a team of Medicare agents, and develop sales processes, reporting, and operational systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Medicare sales experience, 2+ years leading or coaching Medicare agents, and strong knowledge of Medicare products, compliance, and carrier processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Medicare sales experience with a track record of driving enrollment growth
  • 2+ years leading or coaching Medicare agents
  • Demonstrated experience building sales processes, reporting, or operational systems
  • Active health insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare products, compliance, and carrier processes
