Role Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support the Group Commercial Director in building the systems, data, and processes that power our global sales organisation. You will own our CRM and sales stack, lead the migration from Dynamics 365 to HubSpot, and provide performance visibility through dashboards, analytics, and commission tracking. This role is central to bringing structure, clarity and scalability to Simaero’s commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Sales Stack (HubSpot / Dynamics)
- Lead the CRM migration project from Dynamics 365 to HubSpot (data model, pipelines, permissions, reporting).
- Coordinate CRM customisation in line with our industry specificities
- Plan and execute the CRM rollout, including documentation, onboarding and user trainings across regions.
- Ensure data quality, governance and adoption of CRM best practices.
Performance Metrics, Dashboards & Analytics
- Define and maintain commercial KPIs (pipeline health, revenue, utilisation, activation, retention).
- Build and maintain dashboards for management and commercial teams.
- Deliver regular performance analyses and insights to support decision-making.
Commission Plan Tracking
- Implement transparent tracking of incentive plans for Business Developers, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
- Coordinate with Finance on payout accuracy and budget alignment.
Process & Workflow Optimisation
- Standardise Lead → Deal → Booking → Revenue workflows.
- Support digitalisation of quoting, contract validation and signature processes.
- Ensure consistent commercial processes across all training centers.
Sales Enablement Support
- Support sales enablement initiatives (playbooks, templates, performance reviews).
- Help structure sales meetings, forecast reviews and pipeline discipline.
- Provide tools and insights that improve sales productivity and execution quality.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM, or Commercial Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM administration, ideally to HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills (Power BI / reporting tools / Excel).
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and change management.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
- Structured, autonomous and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
