We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Team Manager to help manage and scale our North America SDR operation. This role will report to the Director of Sales Development.

As Sales Development Team Manager, you will be responsible for directly managing the North America SDRs focused on Enterprise Accounts that are headquartered in North America. You will be a source of knowledge and best practices amongst the SDRs and will help to train, onboard, and mentor SDRs with the help of the SDR Enablement team.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as Enterprise Sales Development Team Manager means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Running the day-to-day activities of an SDR team focused predominantly on outbound prospecting activities and pipeline development
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring 1:1s
  • Measuring and reporting against KPIs, as well as creating reports as needed or requested by senior management
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity
  • Co-develop and update our Sales Development playbook
  • Work in collaboration with Strategic Sales Leadership, Managers, Content, Industry Experts, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team’s assigned accounts.
  • Ensuring company and department policies and procedures are adhered to and recommending updates when needed
  • Creating a fun, high energy, results-oriented environment where SDRs love to work

This is the perfect job for someone who is:

  • 2+ B2B sales management or equivalent experience, preferably in a sales development role
  • Experience managing an SDR team or equivalent experience
  • Experience driving outbound lead generation (calls, emails, InMails)
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com, Salesnavigator, and sales engagement platforms (like Salesloft and Outreach)
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills, in English a must
  • An understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, Email Marketing and data solutions – a plus
  • Analytical mind, knowledge in Excel/sheets and Salesforce.com – a must
  • A lifelong learner who’s passionate about continuous improvement, with high expectations both personally and for the team
  • Working days – Monday to Friday
