GTM Automation Specialist

About the Role

As an Automation Specialist, you design, build, and optimize and own automated workflows for commercial teams on our clients behalf. This temporary based role (~12-15 hours per week initially) offers the potential to transition to a part-time / full-time contract within three months as we scale. As we grow, you’ll have opportunities to lead automation projects and manage a team.

• Data Enrichment & Web Scraping: Clay, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Serper.dev, Apify Actors
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Smartlead, Lemlist
• CRM & Data Management: HubSpot, Pipedrive, recruitment-specific CRMs
• LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and more

Who We’re Looking For

A technical expert in automation, APIs, and workflow building, passionate about optimizing sales processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in automation, workflow development, or data integration.
• Proficiency with make.com (or similar tools like Zapier, n8n).
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication.
• Knowledge of data enrichment and web scraping (LinkedIn, Google, job boards).
• Hands-on experience integrating CRM, lead generation, and outreach tools.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for automation workflows.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects effectively.
• PLUS: Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript is a a plus.
• PLUS: Experience in sales automation.
