Job Overview

As our Marketing Strategist & Content Creator, you’ll be a true swiss army knife of marketing. You’ll work across all aspects of our marketing efforts – from crafting compelling email campaigns and display ads to organizing events, hosting webinars, and optimizing our website. No day will be the same, and you’ll constantly be tackling new and exciting challenges.

You’ll be the first full-time hire under our Head of Growth, working closely with them daily on all growth and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to have your fingerprints on every aspect of our marketing strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in copywriting and content creation. You love the written word and can effortlessly connect with our target audience using language they relate to. You’re strategic, creative, and ready to experiment with different approaches to see what drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop compelling blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing materials that position us as the authority in business closures
  • Copywriting Excellence: Craft high-converting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and other marketing channels
  • Email Marketing: Build and optimize strategic email sequences in HubSpot that nurture leads through the funnel
  • Social Media Management: Execute our content strategy on LinkedIn and X, creating engaging content that builds authority and drives meaningful engagement
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate on marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and outreach channels
  • Event Production: Organize monthly webinars and in-person events, from content development to promotion
  • Website Optimization: Drive improvements to website content and conversion paths
  • Communications: Develop customer success stories and thought leadership content that showcases our unique value

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft compelling narratives
  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, LegalTech, or related fields
  • Strong copywriting background with proven ability to write content that converts
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals across digital channels
  • Adaptable writing style that can shift between technical, educational, and persuasive content
  • Data-driven approach to content strategy with experience using analytics to guide decisions
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail in writing and communication
