Simple Strat is a Diamond-level HubSpot Solutions Partner and the team behind HubSpot Hacks, the largest HubSpot tutorial channel on YouTube. We are making a significant impact in the HubSpot community and are looking for an experienced professional to help deliver HubSpot consulting, implementation, and training. In addition to managing client relationships, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our go-to-market strategies and create meaningful results for our clients, our agency, and your career.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deeply familiar with the HubSpot platform.
- Experienced in training others on HubSpot and enjoys teaching.
- Understands the marketing, sales, and service strategies HubSpot enables.
- Technically savvy and comfortable using technology to solve problems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and problem-solving opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using HubSpot, including onboarding.
- 2+ years of experience in a HubSpot partner agency.
- 2+ years of experience training others on HubSpot.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management, including developing project plans and leading them to successful completion.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot performance.
- Understanding of business strategies that companies use HubSpot to execute (e.g., inbound marketing, inside sales).
- Eligible for full-time, W2 employment in the U.S. and available to work during standard U.S. business hours.
- Bonus: Experience with API integrations, coded workflow actions, or HubSpot development.
What a Typical Week Might Look Like
- Hold discovery meetings with prospective clients to assess their HubSpot needs and opportunities.
- Develop project or implementation plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Manage client communications, answer inquiries, and provide updates.
- Assist with HubSpot onboarding, including consulting and implementation.
- Help clients implement marketing campaigns or sales processes using HubSpot.
- Conduct HubSpot audits to ensure clients are following best practices.
- Work inside client HubSpot portals to create workflows, set up campaign tracking, build reports, and more.
- Assist in creating HubSpot training materials, including articles, videos, emails, and online courses.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience).
