Job Overview: We’re seeking a creative Growth Automation Specialist to lead our outbound sales and lead generation efforts, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. This role focuses exclusively on account-based marketing and lead generation. You’ll build and optimize systems that identify companies showing signs of winding down, then create targeted outreach to connect them with our sales team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth hacker who thrives on finding patterns and signals that others miss. If you’re analytical, resourceful and can create unconventional paths to finding the right clients, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Automation: Build and maintain scraping, enrichment and automation tools to identify startups showing signs of winding down.
  • Pattern Recognition: Analyze data to identify common signals and indicators that predict when companies might need our services.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Develop targeted ABM strategies to reach decision makers at identified companies.
  • Outbound Campaign Management: Create and optimize cold email campaigns with compelling messaging that drives responses.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver qualified leads.
  • Partner Identification: Apply the same analytical approach to identify potential strategic partners.
  • Data Analysis: Track campaign performance, identify trends and optimize outreach based on engagement metrics.
  • Tech Stack Management: Maintain and improve our outbound marketing and sales automation tools.

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Clay, Instantly, HubSpot and other data enrichment tools
  • 1-2+ years experience in growth marketing, sales development or lead generation roles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and signals in data
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker who develops novel approaches to lead generation
  • Experience building and optimizing automated outbound workflows
  • Experience with cold email campaigns and outbound sales motions
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and implementation
  • Comfort with learning and implementing new technical tools
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or professional services preferred
