Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will lead digital funnels, design campaign logic, and extend digital events to generate qualified leads. You will work closely with the Go-to-Market team and report directly to the Go-to-Market Manager. You will be responsible for translating priorities into functioning funnels, measurable campaigns, and qualified leads.

What You Will Do

You will design campaign logic across channels, ensure structured lead capture and development, and extend and measure digital events end-to-end. You will also take on a key role in the upcoming website relaunch, setting up pages in the CMS and ensuring that content is found, understood, and translated into concrete actions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will work as an interface closely with Brand & Content, Events, Partner Experience, and IT. You will integrate external agencies and steer them to ensure their services are integrated into the overall logic. You will also have the opportunity to actively shape the energy future with a team of around 60 people who support energy suppliers, electricians, planners, property companies, and fleet operators.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B digital marketing: focus on lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Experience in a technically complex or explanatory B2B environment – energy, medtech, industry, SaaS, or comparable
  • Ability to design and implement journeys and not just fill individual channels
  • Confidence in handling GA4, GTM, and CRM systems (ideally Odoo)
  • Strong writing skills: ability to write clear, convincing, and target group-oriented content
  • Ability to combine strategic foresight with operational implementation strength
  • Ability to handle ambiguity constructively and drive solutions yourself
  • Fluent German and very good English; any additional language is a plus
