The Job

Primary responsibilities include building and executing advertising campaigns across global paid media channels. This role will analyze and identify audience targets, set campaign goals and metrics, monitor paid campaigns, select target and reach methods, utilize and/or develop the most effective offers, and report on program results for continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for all aspects of paid media advertising including budgeting, forecasting, strategy and planning, targeting, building of campaigns, ad copywriting, A/B testing, negative keyword management, bidding management and optimizations to ensure the best possible ROI and exceed monthly lead goals. You will create and maintain forecasts, performance dashboards and reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will help drive the next phase of growth for simPRO. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an established, employee-friendly, global company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage global paid media campaigns and budgets across all PPC channels: Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Capterra
  • Perform keyword research and forecasting for current and new campaigns
  • Develop and implement ad copy for campaigns
  • Develop and communicate strategic, creative paid advertising campaigns that accelerate lead generation and brand awareness
  • Display understanding of business concepts in order to identify campaign expansion opportunities
  • Manage paid media project timelines
  • Ensure platform conversion and remarketing tags are placed properly and are tracking correctly
  • Implement accurate conversion tracking on all assigned search campaigns via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Google Analytics (GA)
  • Utilize website analytics to perform analysis as it pertains to optimizing the performance of paid search campaigns
  • Perform search/social marketing competitive analyses for using our industry tools
  • Proficient in SEMRush and Social Media Advertising Tools
  • Solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to internal teams
  • Manage relationships with the search engines and technology partners, while staying on top of the latest industry trends

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in digital marketing or demand generation. Agency experience is a huge plus
  • Data oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge of best practices for landing pages and A/B testing
  • Experienced in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint Certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation technologies, previous use of Salesforce and Pardot a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
  • Effective time manager with ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a global team

Compensation: $70,000-85,000 USD
