Senior Data Analyst, Growth

Senior Data Analyst, Growth position based in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include supporting company OKRs, informing product decisions, and driving revenue and user engagement initiatives. Key results areas include leadership, mastery, strategic impact, data analysis, skill acquisition, knowledge sharing, planning, communication and collaboration, and above the line skills. The ideal candidate will have a mastery in Databricks systems, AI agent validation and reporting functions, and will be able to effectively convey analysis objectives, evaluations, discoveries, and rationale to leadership.

Requirements

• Collaborate with product owners/managers, SMEs, legal, engineers, and other partners across the entire organization to ensure user observability
• Informs product, design, engineering and monetization by connecting data insights with broader business goals during product evaluations
• Diplomatically help drive impactful revenue, user engagement, user acquisition, and observability initiatives while collaborating with other analysts, developers, designers, researchers, product managers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization
• Prioritize and balance multiple data analysis workstreams efficiently, provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Possess a mastery in locating specific data within Sinclair’s various data systems
• Mastery in visualizing data to for clear communication of business-critical information
• Own data validation efforts, verifying accuracy of collected data by either or both human and artificial agents
• Able to effectively convey to leadership analysis objectives, evaluations, discoveries, and rationale
• Act as a role model for inclusion, fairness, and equal opportunity within the team and the broader organization
