Requirements
- Deliver flawless operational execution for all product offers and changes
- Build and maintain monitoring frameworks, daily validation checks, and operational controls
- Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI/Tableau/Qlik
- Create customer-journey and operational mapping artefacts
- Apply structured operational frameworks to identify risks and improve processes
- Uphold governance, regulatory, and customer-safety standards
