The Customer Experience & Operations Consultant II will serve as the primary point of coordination to Sirva’s customers in their mobility journey, providing excellent customer service, and seeking out opportunities to enhance the customer experience. They will work with customers across a large client base, utilizing digital tools and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is conveyed to the customer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- University/college degree preferred
- 1 year in a customer experience, business operations role preferred
- International experience a plus
