As the Marketing Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and implement innovative solutions to support the marketing objectives.
What you will be doing
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Streamline marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Technology Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology stack to enhance campaign effectiveness and data analytics.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance, leveraging both internal and external data sources.
- Lead Management: Develop and implement lead management processes, including lead scoring, intent data, nurturing, and hand-off to sales, to optimize conversation rates and maximise revenue generation.
- Sales Prospecting Days Management: Coordinate with sales teams to manage sales prospecting days, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing operations budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations.
What we will require of you
- 10 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, with proven leadership experience, preferably for a SaaS company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms and tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software. (Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, 6Sense etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving results and delivering measurable business impact through marketing operations initiatives.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.

USD 113,720-153,976 per-year-salary
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
