We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Pumps Sales Manager to drive growth within the municipal water and wastewater market. The role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building lasting customer relationships, and uncovering new market opportunities. The Pumps Sales Manager will guide and support a team through territory planning, sales, calls, and relationship development, ensuring high-performance execution and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Experience working within the municipal water and wastewater market
- Familiarity with pump selection, pump pricing, or industrial equipment sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Demonstrated leadership style and ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, technical product knowledge of pumps, pump systems, hydraulics, etc.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and public bidding processes
- Ability to engage customers through training sessions, tradeshows, and industry events
