Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in sales operations, business operations, or strategic planning
- Strong commercial acumen and experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Proven expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com, Xactly, and business intelligence tools
- Exceptional ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Background in finance, FP&A, or business planning is highly desirable
