About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Ops Associate/Analyst to support our client retention and revenue growth initiatives. In this role, you will drive data analysis, reporting, execution of key initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Insights: Analyze retention trends, churn risks, and expansion opportunities using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards to track key client retention metrics. Prepare executive-ready reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Strategic Execution: Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Ops teams to implement retention initiatives and track their impact.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives aimed at improving NRR.
- Presentation & Storytelling: Create compelling decks that translate data insights into actionable strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, CS Ops, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL and BI tools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in reporting, data visualization, and dashboarding.
- Ability to execute strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and persuasively.
Bonus Points
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or Tech environment.
- Knowledge of NRR, churn analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics.
