Global Revenue Operations Manager

You will be joining the Revenue Operations team as a high impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about RevOps and highly-skilled in analytics, reporting, pipeline management, and sales forecasting, to name a few.

As our Global Rev Ops Manager, you’ll interface with multiple teams across the organization, promoting cross-functional collaboration and working to balance the needs and priorities of various stakeholders. You can create and enforce sales friendly processes while helping the business grow and maintaining the company culture.

  • Strong analytical skills – compose and provide data analysis to answer key business questions to drive decision-making
  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness and present improvement recommendations
  • Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across the business
  • Create executive-level presentations for both leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, and investor meetings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure operational rigor and excellence
  • Identify and implement best practice sales workflows and processes that can help improve efficiency and visibility
  • Collaborate frequently with our stakeholders in sales, marketing, ops, product, finance, IS, and more to help troubleshoot systems issues, review insights from our analysis, and build future-state processes and systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation to enhance sales productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales operations and analytics.
  • Support the Sales Team and Deal Desk on quote processes, pricing, terms
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize the lead qualification process and share information to drive campaign performance and lead conversion


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven 5+ years previous Revenue or Sales Operations experience required, data analyst focus a plus
  • Understanding and experience with SaaS, subscription and perpetual models desirable
  • Deep Salesforce expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales tools
  • Ability to manage expectations of a sales team with tight deadlines and constantly changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Highly responsive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload with minimal oversight
  • Excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excel skills are a must / Tableau / Power Bi experience a plus
