Sleek is a technology company that provides back-office services to micro SMEs through proprietary software and AI. The company is looking for a Revenue Intelligence Analyst to transform how its Revenue organization understands its performance, anticipates risk, and seizes opportunity.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or a high-growth startup environment.
- Expert-level SQL; comfortable with Python or R for more advanced modelling and automation.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools — Tableau preferred.
- Deep understanding of Revenue and GTM metrics: Leads, CVR, ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn rate, pipeline velocity, win rates, Channel attribution and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate messy, incomplete data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Success teams.
