Salesforce Administrator, RevOps
The Revenue Operations team at SmartBiz plays a critical role in supporting business functions across several teams. We’re seeking a communicative and enthusiastic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments to help us enhance and expand our suite of tools and processes that make our business work.
As a Salesforce Admin, RevOps you’ll be a champion of user experience, acting as the first line of assistance to resolve support tickets with your creative problem solving, platform knowledge, and strong communication skills. You’ll gather requirements and user feedback, contribute to designing and implementing scalable solutions and support processes, promote best practices in change management, governance, and more. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, RevOps Systems.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Handling user support issues, support queue management, and process improvements, with a deep dedication to providing amazing customer service
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Support in socializing platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- Learning and supporting additional systems and tools such as: Gong, RingCentral, Boostlingo, HubSpot, etc.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and customized environments and integrations
- Stellar communication skills, relationship-building skills and experience working directly with end users to optimize their experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, Trailhead Badges/Superbadges
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder nice to have
- Experience with CICD and related tools (GearSet) nice to have
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions
- Experience working within the agile methodology/framework
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
