About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is designed to complement the technical and data-focused work of our existing Sales Operations lead, while bringing strong communication skills, campaign execution expertise, and Salesforce ecosystem knowledge to enable our sales team.

This individual will serve as the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations-supporting marketing campaigns, optimizing Salesforce Sales Engagement and Pardot, and assisting with process improvements that help the sales team operate more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to execute marketing-driven sales campaigns, track performance, and provide the team with tools and content needed to be successful.
  • Salesforce Operations: Manage and optimize Salesforce Sales Engagement and Pardot to support lead generation, prospect nurturing, campaign automation, and pipeline growth.
  • Email Campaigns: Build, launch, and track multi-touch email campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring proper segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing for maximum impact.
  • Prospect Intelligence: Leverage ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools to enrich Salesforce data, improve lead quality, and support targeted campaign execution.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing to implement nurture flows, landing pages, and reporting dashboards that align with pipeline objectives.
  • Process & Administration: Assist the sales team with CRM hygiene, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align campaigns with sales goals and ensure timely execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide reporting and analysis on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and conversion metrics to guide strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role supporting sales teams.
  • Graduate with a B.Tech in Computer Science.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of email campaign execution (segmentation, personalization, nurture flows, and reporting).
  • Solid grasp of sales and marketing campaign workflows, including lead management, scoring, and attribution.
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot tools and processes, with the flexibility to also support administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with sales reps, marketing stakeholders, and executives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with campaign analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who is both technical and collaborative, with the ability to help run campaigns, support sales processes, and improve operational efficiency. You’ll complement our current data-focused Sales Ops team member by ensuring the people, process, and technology sides of sales enablement run seamlessly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
