Role Overview

As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer, you will work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions using Snap-on products. You will build relationships, present solutions, and maintain customer databases. You will work in a variety of industries and have the ability to make your own schedule.

What You Will Do

Work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions, build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers, present solutions on the shop floor or in the field, develop and maintain customer contact and activity databases, review customer activities and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will have a proven track record of prior goal achievement, a bachelor or associate degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. You will also have strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
