Role Overview
As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer, you will work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions using Snap-on products. You will build relationships with decision-makers, present solutions, and maintain a customer contact database. You will review customer activities with a team leader or sales manager to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.
What You Will Do
Work with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions using Snap-on products. Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers. Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field. Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver license with an impeccable driving record
