Snowflake is rapidly expanding our EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) marketing team and to support this expansion, we’re looking for an EMEA Marketing Operations Manager to focus on supporting our Field Marketing teams in the region. This role will focus on enablement and problem solving for a diverse, disparate team of marketing rockstars focused on both penetrating new markets and driving growth in established ones.
AS AN EMEA Field Marketing Operations Manager AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with our Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) on upcoming campaigns in their regions, including email promotions, web page production, ABM tactics, and physical mailers.
- Develop and run a comprehensive onboarding for new FMMs training them on our marketing technology stack.
- Review and optimize campaigns executed by the FMM team, ensuring that they function correctly, align with Snowflake’s brand, and are configured for robust tracking and analysis by our Marketing Intelligence team.
- Identify, vet and implement new solutions to improve the team’s operational efficiency or address new markets
OUR IDEAL EMEA Marketing Operations Manager WILL HAVE:
- 3-4 years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Field Marketing role
- A customer-first attitude toward your internal stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot) and Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot)
- Familiarity with European privacy practices like GDPR
- Adaptability to work with a smorgasbord of languages that you don’t actually speak
- Sufficient savviness with excel/Google sheets that the word “vlookup” doesn’t cause alarm
BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience with event management platforms like Cvent, Bizzabo or Splash
- Pro at working with check-in kiosks and badge printers at events
- An interest in other cultures, given the intercontinental nature of the team
