Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize Zoho CRM and its processes
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Create reporting and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate between IT and sales teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Ops or CRM management
  • CRM expertise, preferably with Zoho
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Fluent English
