Job Description

The Mission

As Sales Operations Manager / CRM Manager, you are the convergence point between Sales teams, IT and CRM users. Your mission: make our CRM a central, fluid and strategic tool, while structuring processes and data to boost sales performance.

Optimize Zoho CRM & Its Processes

  • You will drive Zoho CRM developments in project mode: needs assessment, gap analysis, scoping, configuration and change management to make Zoho a practical, efficient, connected and appreciated tool for users.
  • In collaboration with the internal IT team and business department heads, you will propose and deploy developments (parameters, automations, specific developments), while ensuring user support and training.

Ensure Data Quality and Integrity

  • You guarantee the reliability of data related to opportunities and customers: implementation of regular controls, cleaning, process rigor, and reliability of KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, closing rate, commissions).

Reporting, Monitoring and Performance Management

  • You will design and maintain key dashboards and reports for Sales teams and management to track sales performance (forecast, activities, commissions, objective achievement).
  • You produce commercial objective sheets, manage variable calculations and provide regular analyses.

Inter-Team Coordination

  • You are the natural interface between IT and commercial, marketing or partnership teams, to translate business needs into CRM technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Commercial Transformation

  • You propose process optimizations (pipeline structuring, automated workflows), evaluate new sales tools or methods to streamline the sales journey and maximize Sales team efficiency.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

  • Confirmed experience (2-5 years) in Sales Ops, CRM management, Revenue Ops in a SaaS or scale-up environment
  • CRM Expertise: mastery of configurations, automations, data integrity (familiarity with Zoho is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with a pronounced taste for reporting, dashboards and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, to effectively link IT and business, drive change and train.
  • Pragmatism, rigor, sense of user service.
  • Ability to structure and organize projects with change and iterations
  • Fluent English in a multinational environment (B2+ minimum)
