They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager/CRM Manager to structure processes, data, and CRM tools to boost commercial performance. The role involves data analysis, strategic planning, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3–5 years or more) in Sales Ops, CRM management, Revenue Ops in a SaaS or scale-up environment.
- CRM expertise: proficiency in parameterization, automations, data integrity (familiarity with Zoho is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a pronounced interest in reporting, dashboards and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively link IT and business.
- Pragmatism, rigor, a sense of user service.
- Ability to structure and organize projects with change and iteration.
