We’re in a land grab scenario similar to the early days of Docusign, DropBox or Salesforce.
We’re looking for effective sales people who understand how this opportunity will benefit them directly and immediately.
As an Enterprise Sales Rep, you will be the driving force behind SocialHP’s growth. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business in the Employee Advocacy and Executive Communications space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with new and existing leads
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can help them
- Maintain a solid understanding of how our Employee Advocacy and Exec Comms tools and speak with authority about every aspect of our software solutions
- Drive the entire sales process: prioritize and manage a high-volume of leads, lead product demos, and negotiate & close deals
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and help develop new strategies
Qualifications:
- Prior enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record
