Role Overview
Join our fast-paced, in-office team in Columbia as an Inside Sales Representative. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, educating customers, answering questions, and offering the best-fit services to meet their needs.

Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, educate customers on products and services, understand customer needs, and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of sales or call center experience
- Experience using CRM systems or customer tracking tools
- Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods
- Ability to stay focused and positive in a high-volume environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
