Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager for Crowley Independent School District, in Crowley, Texas. The right candidate should be a strategic leader who will be responsible for driving student engagement, brand execution, and marketing excellence across the district.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute marketing plans to drive student engagement and satisfaction. Partner with operations to align marketing strategies with business goals and optimize performance through data insights.

Why It Might Be a Fit

School operations experience preferred. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in matrixed organizations and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of management experience
• 3 years of functional experience
