Role Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will partner with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives. They will support capital investment decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI evaluations. The role will also involve providing finance guidance and training to site leadership to support informed decision making.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include analyzing site level financial performance, evaluating key manufacturing cost drivers, monitoring capital projects, and preparing monthly performance reports for senior leadership. The analyst will also develop tools and reporting to improve cost visibility, process efficiency, and operational accountability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Ability to work cross functionally and communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
