DataOps Senior

Design and execute migration strategy for dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, automate deployment and configuration processes, and ensure data security and governance through Azure Active Directory and role-based access policies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Service, DAX, and M queries.
• Familiarity with Tableau structures to translate calculations and visualizations.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses such as Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience using Power BI and Tableau APIs for integration and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work and coordinate with technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of BI platform architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with migration or transformation projects across business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload, follow through on tasks, and deliver timely results.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, data engineering, BI engineering, or related technical fields.
