Role Overview
The APS6 Data Analyst will identify organisational challenges and problem statements, and turn them into analytical and data business requirements. They will design and build reports, dashboards and data products to support business processes and deliver business insight.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will articulate complex information into simple messages for key stakeholders, and translate subject-matter expert and stakeholder discussion into data and reporting products.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and evaluating skills, with experience in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, and R. They will also have experience working in an industrialised cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environment.

- Australian citizenship
- Ability to obtain a Baseline Security clearance
- Demonstrated ability to identify organisational challenges and problem statements
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex information into simple messages
- Demonstrated ability to design and build reports, dashboards and data products
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply best practice analytics methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate subject-matter expert and stakeholder discussion into data and reporting products
