The Junior Account Manager at Solera will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships and supporting the global organization’s market expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or business development in a global organization.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, proficiency in French or any additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced CRM systems for global account management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effortlessly build rapport and establish trust with clients across different markets and cultures.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, coupled with an unwavering customer-centric approach in a global market context.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, displaying an innate drive to work independently and consistently meet and exceed deadlines in a global setting.
