Talkdesk is pioneering a new era of Customer Experience Automation (CXA) and is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Spain. The successful candidate will be bilingual in French and English, and will have a strong background in software engineering and sales. The role involves conducting research, designing presentations, and working closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Conducts research to prepare for upcoming meetings with prospects
- Carries out discovery conversations with customers
- Uses their in-depth knowledge of Talkdesk solutions and capabilities to specify the appropriate solution(s) for customer needs and requirements
- Designs and delivers presentations to customers
- Respond to functional and technical RFI/RFP requirements
